Sub-processors

To provide Next Scheduling Software we rely on the following third parties, who may process personal data on our behalf. They handle data only to provide their service to us and are bound by appropriate data-protection terms.

Current sub-processors

  • Vercel Inc. — application hosting and content delivery (United States).
  • Neon Inc. — primary database, PostgreSQL (United States).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (United States).
  • Upstash Inc. — rate limiting and ephemeral keys, Redis (United States / global edge).
  • Stripe Inc. — payment processing and billing (United States / global).
  • Cloudflare Inc. — bot protection (Turnstile) and file/image storage, R2 (global).
  • Google LLC — calendar synchronization via the Google Calendar API, for businesses that connect it (United States / global).
  • Block, Inc. (Square) — payment processing, for businesses that connect their own Square account (United States / global).
  • Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online) — accounting synchronization, for businesses that connect their own QuickBooks account (United States / global).

Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or remove a sub-processor. If you have an account, we will provide notice of material changes so you have the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
