Everything included, nothing you can leave behind.
All-in-one platforms are sold on completeness, and the pitch lands: one login for booking, payments, marketing, stock, staff. The cost shows up later — in a price nobody will quote you in writing, a contract with a term, and a client list that is easier to get into than out of.
You'll recognise this if…
- You had to sit through a call to find out what it costs
- You are inside a term, and leaving early has a number attached
- Onboarding took weeks and needed their team
- You use maybe a third of the modules you pay for
- Getting your client list out is a support ticket, not a button
- Pricing behind a sales call, so you cannot compare without being sold to
- Multi-month auto-renewing terms
- Long onboarding before you can take a single booking
- Modules you never open, priced in anyway
- Your client list lives in their system
- Every price on one public page. No call required
- Month-to-month — cancel any time, no penalty
- Live in an afternoon: add your services, share your link
- Pay for booking, payments and clients. Not for a suite
- Export your clients, bookings and payments yourself, whenever you want
What moving actually involves
Import your services and your client list from a spreadsheet, check how they landed, then share your new booking link. Nothing changes for your clients until you send them the new link — so you can set everything up and look at it first. Your old tool keeps working while you do.
Zeitlup is month-to-month, so the decision is reversible. If it isn't right, export everything and go.
When not to bother
If you genuinely run stock, retail, payroll and multi-site staff rotas in one system, an all-in-one may still be the right answer. Zeitlup is booking, payments and client records done properly — not a replacement for a business suite.
